The second season of the TV series, Best Friends Forever, aired on Disney Channel from September 7, 2007 to October 24, 2008 with 29 episodes including 1 episode unaired. During this season, six friends begin high school and met high school hearthrob Bradley Johnson. The complete second season are set to release on November 16, 2010.

Development

In December 2006, after the success of the first season, Disney has renewed Best Friends Forever for its second season. Duke Johnson became the director of all episodes, with Chris Turner and Alex Wilkerson are producers of them all along with him, since the last seven seasons.

Best Friends Forever has aired 29 episodes, all in color, 22 minutes, but 30 minutes including commercials.

Opening credits

The opening theme song is "Friends Forever" written by Ami and Yumi.

The opening title has only started showing the show's logo, and it's 11 second theme song. The actual theme song is nearly 2 minutes and 30 seconds long.

Closing credits

Best Friends Forever closing credits appears when it starts up at some of the scenes of the show. And some does have plot or not since the first season.

The main cast - Hutcherson, Palmer, Patton, Fanning, Dolley and Stoner (from the last seven seasons) - has reprised their roles. The supporting character from the previous season, are becoming parts of the shortly main characters of the whole show. Also reprising their roles are Shanica Knowles, Paige Hurd and Taylor Horn. This season the first of appearance Justin Gaston as Bradley Johnson.

Meanwhile, the both were send to the show which can start to get them both back together is to apoligies. Notes: It is originally going to be a season finale, but was pulled off after it was previewed on demand parents. According to the producers of the show, this episode has been renewed, re-written, re-shot, re-filmed a new version for "True Love Hurts", instead of the old version, to a new version for young characters to teenage characters, instead of premiering of the episode for the children that are younger, and will now filmed the episode of them as teenagers. Therefore, the old version premiered right after the newer version to preview the episode that was actually never seen before. The remake was released on September 2009. The original will premiere on DVD sometimes in 2011. Dylan Patton confirmed that the episode will finally air on Disney Channel sometimes in 2012 as a special episode audiences have never seen before.
