Teen Titans 2 is hitting theaters tomorrow night, but looks that the box office expectations looks to be quite impressive.

According to projectors, they say that Teen Titans is expected to earn a global opening to $400 million, or lower to at least $350 million, if they were wrong. It could be a higher opening than 'Teen Titans opened back in June 2015, with $351 million.

“Teen Titans 2” will be on fire this weekend.

The sequel to the 2015 original “Teen Titans” is poised for a massive opening weekend with at least $139 million. If it opens bigger to maybe pass $149 million, it could be a new record as the biggest April opener ever, devouring “Furious 7” $147 million opening two years ago.

It will also be the second film, after “Beauty and the Beast”, in 2017 to open at $100 million. The pic made $174 million in it's opening weekend.

Globally, we are seeing the film expecting to devour anywhere between $350 million to $400 million, a lower worldwide opening than “Teen Titans”, which earned $351 million, but still an impressive opening. That means, it can have a foreign gross between $200 million to $250 millio…

The sequel could have a lower opening to the 2015 blockbuster hit, but still a huge hit.

According to box office estimates, they were saying that Teen Titans 2 may have a huge opening, but not as big as Teen Titans made in its opening weekend back in the summer of 2015.

The superhero sequel to 2015's Teen Titans in a planned franchise is poised to earn at least $130 million or more during it's opening weekend. After The Fate and the Furious failed to earn the $100 million mark in it's opening weekend over this past Easter weekend (it made an estimated $100.2 million, but earned an actual total with $98.8 million, falling short by nearly $2 million), Teen Titans 2 would be the second film to open at $100 million for 2017.

Back in March, Beauty and the Be…

The second installment in a planned blockbuster trilogy, Teen Titans 2 is out in theaters in less than a month from now, but is already for a huge opening weekend. But question is, how huge?

The sequel to 2015 hit Teen Titans is aiming for a opening weekend gross between $140 million to $150 million. If that is the case, if The Fate and Furious opens around $125 million in it's opening weekend, this would make it 2017's second biggest opening weekend ever, as Beauty and the Beast demolished its opening weekend at $174.8 million.

And also in that case, it will have a lower opening weekend than the original Teen Titans, which demolished with $173 million back in 2015, but Teen Titans 2 will still prove to be a huge hit.

Heroes Forever 3 has given a official title to Heroes Forever: The Time Curse, so it can now focus that it will be a "time travel film" as ideas for the third installment in the five-part Jane Hoop Elementary spin-off franchise.

Hitting theaters in November next year, they will be bringing back Danny, Rebecca, Alec, Cory and Jaquille back in the days when they were superheroes before the new members Devin, Brooke, Kurtis, Erica and Kyle. However, the younger version of Danny and the gang will be in CGI from all of the Jane Hoop Elementary films so it can alternate the scenes for the film, so this will look really interesting.

Here are the flashback photos of our beloved stars back in the days.

Animated family films (and Disney) played a huge part in the boom, while Ryan Reynold's 'Deadpool' was the top-grossing superhero film of 2016 domestically behind 'Captain America: Civil War.'

Revenue at the North American box office clocked in at $11.64 billion in 2016, setting a new high-water mark and up 2.1 percent from last year's record $11.45 billion, according to comScore estimates.

An official tally will be released Tuesday morning once studios report final numbers for the long New Year's weekend, although since the year ended on Saturday, comScore is already giving its estimate.

The boom was made possible even as a bad case of sequelitis struck Hollywood, leading to a string of high-profile disappointments and flops. And the relativ…

There were ups and downs, but 2016 ultimately proved to be a record year at the box office.

Thanks to holiday hits such as Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and the animated Sing, 2016's final tally reached an all-time high of $11.37 billion, according to industry tracker comScore.

The late push enabled 2016 to slip past 2015's previous record of $11.14 billion, the first time the box office had crossed the $11 billion mark.

"This is reason for celebration — the final six weeks of the year, movies came on like wildfire," says Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst for comScore. "It was these big ones like Rogue One and Sing dominating, and Oscar contenders like La La Land and Fences" expanding into additional cities. "There’s so much film out ther…

'Finding Dory' comes in a close second with a worldwide total of $1.028 billion as THR ranks the highest-grossing films of the past year.

Universal's summer comedy Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping cost $20 million and grossed just $9.5 million. Warren Beatty's Rules Don't Apply flamed out with $3.7 million. And Sony's Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk topped out at a scant $1.7 million domestically despite director Ang Lee's previous film, Life of Pi, having grossed $600 million worldwide.

Those unusually weak performances for studio wide releases epitomize the alarming widening of the gap between films that work and those that don't, even as North American revenue hit another record high with $11.36 billion between Jan. 1, 2016, and Dec. 31, a 2.…

Hollywood is wrapping up another big year at the box office. As the year comes to a close, the domestic box office is on pace to set another new industry record just one year after topping $11 billion in domestic movie ticket sales for the first time ever.

2016's movie industry highlights include a monster year for Walt Disney, as the Mouse House set a new yearly global box office record, becoming the first studio to ever top $7 billion in worldwide ticket sales.

What should we expect in 2017? It may be too soon to predict a $13 billion box office next year, but there's certainly reason for optimism that 2017 can be Hollywood's third-straight record-breaking year.

" 2017 looks like a monster—not just for Disney, but for everyone," Paul Dergar…
