MPPA has officially report the film rating for Jane Hoop Elementary: The Final Rush: Part 2 that it will be rated PG-13. The film is the second film in the film series to get a PG-13 rating. The first is being its predesessor Jane Hoop Elementary: The Final Rush: Part 1. The rest of the films are PG rating. So far that six films in the franchise are PG, while two more are PG-13, both of them are split into two parts.
This is a surprise for fans that some were not very happy with that rating, because they were expecting an R rating, but Paramount Pictures announced that the film will not have that rating because it was part of a children's story, and it should have getten less violated like a PG-13 rating at least. Some of the strong bloody gore and technological violence will be removed from the film to avoid getting an R rating.
Jane Hoop Elementary: The Final Rush: Part 2 opens in theaters on July 8, 2011.
